no-boundaries dream board by Melissa Wadsworth What Do You See?
Often, interpreting an intuitive dream board is no more complicated than describing what it is you see. Always start there. That is the “foundation” meaning of your board and is completely correct. In fact, nothing that you feel or see in your board can be wrong. It is your dream board after all. It was created from your awareness, your perspective, your own soul speak.

Layers of meaning
Like the different layers of your mind — consciousness, subconsciousness, superconsciousness, etc. — dream boards have several layers of meaning. As you spend time being happily curious about the various meanings you get fresh insights. Sometimes, the entire new layer of meaning jumps into your consciousness all at once! That’s so amazing and powerful. It’s like discovering a secret language.

Be curious about the symbols
Here is one of my latest intuitive dream boards. When I look at it I see that there are no walls between what is outside and inside. I’m curious. Is my soul is telling me I’m an “open house” welcoming insights, mediation and gentle new adventure (deers are symbolic for this)? Am I being shown that my inner life is in harmony with my outer life?

At the bottom of the intuitive dream board are three women, two are in white looking very contented. I get the sense that my next adventure arises from pure, white clarity and serenity and, as the caption suggests, “life-changing experience.”

Decipher pieces of the puzzle then relate to the whole
The woman in the left hand corner seems to be dreaming this. Yet, there is no feeling of difference between dream state, meditation state and “regular” living. All states appear equally represented, real and relevant. My intuition also tells me that there is not time lapse, all this happens simultaneously.

Pay attention to how you feel
The important thing is how I feel when I look at this intuitive dream board. That’s what will help me raise my vibration level so that manifestation is running fully charged, so to speak. This intuitive dream board makes me feel so peaceful that I could just take a seat or lie on a bed in any of these rooms and never leave. So I get the feeling of “stay awhile in this lovely environment, feel free to linger a bit.”

Keep an open mind and keep contemplating your dream board
I note that it’s interesting that the jeweled “sun” is at the bottom of the board. Suns have usually appeared at the top of my dream boards before. So I shall contemplating this and have patience for new information to be revealed. I sense that that the jeweled beads are a higher consciousness connection — they seem connected “upward” and are streaming in to my inner and outer awareness. This is a safe place.

Now pretend this is your intuitive dream board. What do you see? How do you feel? Remember: there is no end to what you can know.

Melissa - I first noticed that each of the women were alone and content. Whole. In the upper right corner, the tree has taken on an image of a man (think James Dean). Can you see him? It was a little spooky at first, but then it occurred to me that he could be an echo from the past, which is always layered into our present. And that layer is peaceful. Maybe he now provides strength and protection, symbolized by the tree. And even with the relaxed states of being of each woman, there is a fire in the center of the collage. The fire represents for me passion and energy.

I also love the bits of red - like with the woman sleeping at the bottom left, the house tucked almost out of sight on a diagonal to right and down from the deer, and of course the red from the fire and the bits of red in that same room.

She (all of the women) are getting ready for their next adventure by relaxing and enjoying the moment. For in this moment and experience, there lies clues to their next adventure. They are doing their best to ‘notice what matters’, as you say.

    That’s what I see :)

Molly, what fascinating insights and comments. I love the “echo from the past” idea, which wouldn’t have occurred to me. Do you have an echo from your past that is still present for you? You’re right too about the bits of red injecting just enough energy into the scene to hint at passion being present even in the calmness. We always think that we have to be moving, doing, creating, etc. This board reinforced for me that now is a good time for reflection and stillness for me, without loss of energy and passion. The home fires are burning. Thanks for your insights Molly! You’re a natural at dream board readings!

Paula, I’m always amazed at what more there is to learn from a dream board. It reminds me of your knowledge of Italian travel, art, history and architecture. Your knowledge is so multi-layered, just like what is available in a dream board.

Melissa, I just am now getting back to this blog. I looked for the man in the trees in the upper right, and whoa, there he was again! He’s there plain as day for me.

Posing your question to me about an echo from the past is very timely. Since February I have learned more about an uncle who passed away when I was 10 years old. Only now am I learning more about his creativity and wisdom. We shared a lot of personality traits that I never known previously. And learning that there was someone much like me is somehow giving me permission to further explore what interests me most, but that I haven’t paid as much attention to.

I am also learning that the clues to our future is right in our present lives. So perhaps the echoes of the past can also help me further define where my next adventure lies.

I’m also curious about my use of echoes. The dreamboard is a visual aid. I could have chosen a “sight” word, but instead chose a hearing word. I’ll have to noodle on this :)

Molly, perhaps your choice of a “hearing” words means that you are more likely to sense intuition through an auditory means like it just comes into your head — you hear it. And, you’re absolutely right, all the answers to all our questions are right in front of us and in the realm of being picked up by both conscious and intuitive means. It’s just fascinating to me that this uncle who is looming large in your consciousness right now is “echoed” in your perception. Very fitting. We see what we seek to understand and appreciate.

What People Say

The openness of doing the board that I wanted appealed to me. I paid attention to Melissa’s advice about ‘What You Notice Matters!’ and loved what my dream board showed me about my future. You are a fabulous human being. Thank you Melissa!”
