Identify Blocks, Work Through, Release, Repeat

Summer is the perfect time to identify, work though and release lingering blocks, limiting thoughts and button-pushing issues. It’s also a fantastic time to just learn more about yourself; how you operate and what makes you passionate about life.
Work through some stuff now, and when the holidays roll around you’re a whole layer lighter emotionally. You can end the year having done some personal growth work that makes you feel more resourceful and resilient, and a lot more satisfied with yourself and your life process.
Personal growth work might be related to:
- Listening to, and trusting, your intuition more
- Learning to be more aware of whether your instinctual mind or intellectual mind is running the show
- Pinpointing a limiting thought or belief that is holding you back from the life you dream of
- Identifying a hot button that gets pushed and why you’re sensitive in this area so you can release old energy around it
- Finding out about the natural laws of the universe, like the law of attraction and how they operate in your life. Very empowering stuff
- Becoming more empowered around changes in your life;learning to welcome and enact change
- Discovering more about your life purpose
- Developing your individual creative power and unique personal expression in the world
I work with clients on all these issues and process. This can be hard work, but it is the most rewarding work of your life. And, the more you work through blocks, issues and limits, the more receptive, playful and excited you will feel about approaching personal growth and your life in general.
Granted I’m a personal development groupie. I never encountered a personal growth process I didn’t eagerly engage. My best manifestation occurs as a direct result. Clients know that I walk my talk and grow right along side them.
This is what I know: Transformation can be easier than you predict. Manifestation can be as simple as releasing one sticky thought. A life of peaceful exuberance can be yours.
