Numerology guidance and other personal growth tools

There are all sorts of fun “information” rabbit holes to go down to learn more about yourself and your life path: creative visualization, Vastu or Feng Shui, intuitive astrology, self-hypnosis, angel and spirit guides, shamanic soul readings, etc. That’s the joy of life. By just paying attention to what you notice, you become aware of these resources and can choose to follow them and use them if they resonate for you.

Even though I firmly believe in going to oneself for the wisest answers and insights, I’m the kind of person who likes to go down these rabbit holes every now and again. It can be just what I need to get some new insights from a different perspective and receive Universal validation for being on track.

The meaning of number sequences

Today I went down the numerology rabbit hole once again. This time the new information that caught my attention was the meaning of “number sequences.” Have you ever looked at your digital clock just in time to see it turn to 2:22? Or your grocery bill total comes to 20:20 or you’re behind a car with a 999 license plate. Maybe number sequences in ascending order like 12345 keep showing up. At www.spiritual-path.com the meanings for these sequences is explained. 222 is a sign that you’re on your right path. 666 not so much! I once had a car with 666 on the license plate. A very “off track” part of my life. Who knew?

At affinity-numerology I found out what my destiny is. Who doesn’t want to know that! Based on my name and birth date I also found out my soul number, my personality number and my life path number, as well as what I’m likely to encounter this year. I take this information gladly, but also with a sense of levity. Most of it is fascinating and uplifting. It also gives me a peak into someone else’s passion and life purpose. That’s always a nice experience.

When wisdom doesn’t make sense

Year’s ago I visited the wisdom of numbers when I read “The Life You Were Born to Live,” by Dan Millman. A brilliant book, but I must admit that I had to come back to it fifteen years after I first read it to really appreciate the accuracy of the information.

And, that’s the thing about going to sources “outside” of yourself…even if the information is spot on, you might not be ready to hear it or integrate it into your psyche. We all process through life one step at a time. Occasionally we make quantum leaps due to assimilating lot of new insights or when we unblock energy that was being held back due to a limiting belief or limiting expectation.

This doesn’t mean that we should stop learning, it just means it won’t all make sense or be “usable” immediately. Eventually you’ll be ready to take the steps you need to take and you’ll know just what will help you. It will all be in perfect timing. Have faith that your life unfolds perfectly. Keep excited and enjoy the adventure.

Now here’s a fun numerology widget that gives you access to your daily lucky numbers. Use wisely and generously. Smiles.

What fun! I had to play with the widget!

It is such a good reminder to look outside of ourselves to others AND to go back to our deepest heart of hearts for our answers.Great practical use of ancient and tangible.
